Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup chocolate powder
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate powder
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • q.s. granulated chocolate

Method
 

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  1. Slowly pour in the milk and oil while mixing on low until smooth.
  1. Sift in the chocolate powder and flour, mixing gently until no dry streaks remain.
  1. Sprinkle in the baking powder and fold gently until combined.
  1. Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan and smooth the top.
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter, and chocolate powder and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
  1. Stir in the sour cream until smooth and let cool slightly.
  1. Once the cake is completely cool, pour the brigadeiro frosting over the top and spread evenly.
  1. Decorate with granulated chocolate or colorful sprinkles and let the frosting set before slicing.
