Ingredients
  

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 3 medium apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml natural yogurt without sugar
  • 125 ml natural honey or sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Peel and grate the apples.
  1. Toss grated apples into a blender or food processor with yogurt, eggs, and honey; blend until smooth.
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flakes, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  1. Pour in the apple mixture and fold until just combined; let rest for 5 minutes.
  1. Grease the baking mold and pour in the batter, spreading it evenly.
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  1. Let the cake cool in the mold for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.

Notes
