- Peel and grate the apples.
- Toss grated apples into a blender or food processor with yogurt, eggs, and honey; blend until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flakes, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour in the apple mixture and fold until just combined; let rest for 5 minutes.
- Grease the baking mold and pour in the batter, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the mold for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
