- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease your loaf pan, sprinkling ground bread over it.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cottage cheese, sugar, and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add the egg yolks one by one, beating well after each addition.
- Sift the wheat flour and baking powder into the bowl and gently fold them in.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and gently fold them into the batter.
- Fold in minced walnuts and raisins carefully.
- Pour the batter into the prepared mold and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about an hour, until a toothpick comes out clean, rotating the pan halfway through.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before unmolding and slicing.
