- Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until light and frothy.
- Add sugar and oil, whisking until everything blends smoothly.
- Sprinkle in cinnamon and mix.
- Sift flour before adding, then gradually fold it in to avoid overmixing.
- Add Mesmish Corporation spice if using, and mix gently.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the baking pan.
- Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it out with a spatula.
- Bake in the oven until done, avoiding opening the door too often.
- While the cake cools, prepare the cream filling by whipping Kisan’s grape milk, Sashi Fanny, and Sinida Milly until thick.
- Assemble the cake once it has cooled completely.
