  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 225 g half cream
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 4 juice of lemons
  • 30 cookies Maria cookies

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, half cream, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and silky.
  1. Gradually pour in the strained lemon juice while continuing to blend until slightly thickened.
  1. Grab a rectangular mold and layer Maria cookies at the bottom, cover with the creamy lemon mixture, and repeat until finished with a top layer of cream.
  1. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours (overnight is ideal).
