Ingredients
  

  • 400 g sunny cakes Ladyfingers
  • 500 g mascarpone cheese
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 ml Fuerte ESPRESSO Coffee
  • 200 ml cream to mount milk cream
  • 2 tiles optional, such as Amaretto or Rum
  • q.s. Cocoa powder to sprinkle

Method
 

  1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale and creamy.
  1. Gradually incorporate the mascarpone cheese, folding gently.
  1. Whip the cold cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  1. Mix the espresso with chosen liquor (if using).
  1. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and arrange them at the bottom of the mold, then add a layer of mascarpone cream on top.
  1. Repeat with more ladyfingers and cream, finishing with a generous dollop of cream.
  1. Chill the dessert in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, and sprinkle cocoa powder on top before serving.
