Ingredients
  

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 package Maria cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 box lemon gelatin
  • 2 fresh lemons, juice
  • q.s. Chantilly cream (optional)

Method
 

  1. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in hot water according to package instructions and mix with crushed Maria cookies.
  1. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into a square mold and refrigerate for about 1 hour to set.
  1. In another bowl, soften cream cheese and blend with warm milk, then mix into the remaining gelatin.
  1. Cut the first gelatin layer into small cubes and arrange them in the mold, then pour the cream cheese mixture over the cubes.
  1. Chill the dessert in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  1. Before serving, top with chantilly cream and garnish with thin slices of lemon.
