Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan or a 6-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  1. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  1. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
