Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup fresh milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream or half-and-half
  • to taste fresh fruits for decoration

Method
 

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy (3–5 minutes). Add vanilla and mix.
  1. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder, then alternate adding to the egg mixture with the fresh milk in three parts. Fold gently.
  1. Pour batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F (170°C) for 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  1. Poke holes in the warm cake with a fork or skewer. Mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whipped cream; pour over the cake, let cool, then refrigerate overnight.
  1. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruits before serving.
